U.S. House Judiciary Subcommittee to Hold Hearing on Bill Codifying Quill Physical Presence

Stephen Kranz, Mark Yopp, Kathleen Quinn, and Eric Carstens were noted as authors of a blog post on a new bill in Congress to codify the Supreme Court’s Quill physical presence requirement. The authors wrote that the bill “would not only legislatively enact and defineQuill, but also preempt many of the state attempts to expand physical presence nexus, including click-through, marketplace nexus and economic nexus.”
