US Olive Producers Demand Duties on Spanish Competitors

Carolyn Gleason, David Levine, Raymond Paretzky and Benjamin Kostrzewa are representing the Coalition for Fair Trade in Ripe Olives, a group of domestic olive producers, in petitions filed with the US Department of Commerce and the US International Trade Commission seeking higher tariffs on Spanish olive products allegedly sold at artificially low prices in the US.
