US Sets Preliminary Anti-Dumping Tariffs on Spanish Olives

Overview

Carolyn Gleason, David Levine, Raymond Paretzky and Benjamin Kostrzewa successfully represented the Coalition for Fair Trade in Ripe Olives in an anti-dumping proceeding against Spanish olive producers, which has resulted in the Commerce Department imposing anti-dumping duty rates of up to nearly 20 percent on ripe olives imported into the US from Spain.
