Overview
Jacob Hollinger predicted a range of potential outcomes in the Supreme Court case on the EPA’s ability under the Clean Air Act to regulate greenhouse gasses from large stationary sources, from partial acceptance of regulation to requiring additional justification of regulation or regulation under other programs. He added that until the court makes its final decision, the meaning and impact of the case will not be clear.
