In this video interview, Stephen Kranz commented on the state tax treatment of cloud computing in 2014, saying, “I would say that the lay of the land today [for tax treatment of cloud computing] is much different than in the last several years … Today, as a result of a lot of education by the National Conference of State Legislators and others, I think we have a very well educated legislative community.
