White & Case Has Won a Telecom Sector Antitrust Victory Before the Competition Authority

Sabine Naugès and Lionel Lesur, with associate Louise Aberg, represented one of two telecom companies which petitioned France’s Competition Authority to investigate the anticompetitive pricing practices of Reunion SRR. The Authority found for the petitioners and imposed a fine of nearly 46 million euros against SRR.
