Will Growing Opposition Stop Rail Project in Its Tracks?

Stephen Ryan was selected by advocacy group Citizens Against Rail Expansion in Florida (CARE FL) to help lead its efforts opposing a proposed Miami-to-Orlando rail service. Mr. Ryan was noted as being experienced in fighting rail projects, which in this instance involves CARE FL’s concerns about safety, noise and quality-of-life issues surrounding passenger trains that travel at 110 mph.
