Alicia Videon said of her successful restructuring practice that “many people won’t have experienced a financial crisis, so it’s great to be able to provide strategic, commercial guidance that may be a game changer.” Ms. Videon added that her greatest challenge is “trying to understand the (sometimes quite impenetrable) decisions and behaviours of the various stakeholders you deal with in any restructuring.”
