Kerry Scanlon and Jeremy White have joined McDermott’s Washington office as partners. Mr. Scanlon, who focuses his practice on employment litigation and equal rights claims, will head the Firm’s US labor and employment litigation practice. Mr. White works with complex wage and hour and employment discrimination litigation.
