Alexa (Lexi) Riccolo Foss advises clients on healthcare private equity transactions, including platform deals. She offers strategic insights into federal and state regulatory issues, such as compliance with the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute and Medicare reimbursement rules. She also counsels clients on physician compensation structures and employment contracts.

While in law school, Lexi was a judicial extern for the Hon. John Robert Blakey of the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and a corporate extern for a multi-hospital regional health system.
