Overview
Amber Arnold provides insight into both private and public companies within the healthcare field on topics ranging from regulatory and compliance issues to transactional matters. Amber advises clients on issues surrounding fraud and abuse at the federal and state level as well as privacy law compliance, provider contracts, government payor matters, physician recruitment agreements and professional and facility licensure.
Prior to practicing law, Amber served as a registered nurse for five years assisting patients in the intensive care units and emergency departments. Amber leverages her “real world” experience as a nurse to provide valuable insight and practical advice to healthcare companies and their investors.
