Overview
Ashley Attia is an employment advisor and litigator. Her practice includes representing and counseling companies in a wide range of employment-related matters, including litigation and risk management.
Ashley defends employers against various employment law claims, including wage and hour, misclassification, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination claims. She regularly represents clients in both state and federal courts, and has litigated cases to trial. Ashley also advises employers on wage orders, employee leaves and accommodations, potential harassment, retaliation and discrimination issues, independent contractor compliance, hirings, terminations and other employee relations matters.
In law school, Ashley was a senior content editor for the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal, and her student note was selected for publication in the journal. Ashley also served as a mediator at the Los Angeles Superior Court and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Steven D. Bromberg at the Orange County Superior Court.
