Aurélie Chorly focuses her practice on corporate advisory matters.
Aurélie previously represented and counseled entertainment and media clients with various business matters, including on mergers and acquisitions (M&As), film and tv (including agreements covering all facets of development and production), music, advertising and promotions, celebrity and influencer brand partnerships, digital licensing, technology transactions, intellectual property protection and enforcement, and merchandising/consumer products and more.
Aurélie also previously worked as in-house counsel at Universal Music Group for approximately four years. During law school, Aurélie was a legal intern for the Recording Industry Association of America, a law clerk for the US Copyright Office and a law clerk for the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.
