Aurélien Jugand focuses his practice on French and international acquisition and leveraged financing. He acts for financial institutions, direct lending funds and mezzanine debt providers.

Aurélien has prior experience in house, where he worked for the structured finance team of a French investment bank for four years. He also has significant experience working as part of the banking and finance team in global law firms

• Assisting Crédit Industriel et Commercial in relation to the senior financing of the acquisition of Finaxy (a leader in the insurance brokerage) by Ardian*
• Assisting Omnes Capital in relation to the arrangement of a unitranche financing for the acquisition of Eurocave by Falcon PH*
• Advising BNP Paribas in relation to the senior financing of the investment of Abenex in Group Leader Insurance*
• Advising the lenders in connection with the financing of the acquisition of Electro Alarme Protection Incendie by Chequers Capital*
