Berfin Sahin focuses her practice on healthcare and life sciences, as well as private equity, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and general corporate law. Berfin advises strategic and financial investors on all corporate aspects of domestic, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions as well as on general corporate matters.

Berfin studied law at the University of Augsburg and at the Law Faculty of the University of Ljubljana. During her studies and legal clerkship, Berfin already worked as a paralegal and as a trainee lawyer at McDermott in the area of corporate law. During her legal clerkship she worked for a major international corporation.
