Beth Kuhn focuses her practice on capital markets, with particular experience in high yield bonds, sovereign debt, regulatory capital, hybrid issuances, private placements, SEC registered debt, programmes and liability management.

Beth has profound experience in the financial industry. She has previously held key roles at Citibank, where she led capital markets negotiation on corporate & sovereign, emerging market and high yield bond issuances, and at BNY Mellon in both London and the United States where she advised market-leading financiers on capital market issuances. Prior to studying law, Beth worked for the US Federal Reserve System in the Chicago and Dallas offices.
