Overview
Brandon Sloane focuses his practice on capital markets and corporate transactional matters, including drafting and revising agreements and registration statements for SPAC initial public offerings, and conducting due diligence reviews of public and private companies.
During law school, Brandon was editor-in-chief of the Boston College Law and Religion Program and president of the Jewish American Law Students Association.
