Benjamin Briand focuses his practice on structured finance transactions; in particular leveraged buy-outs (LBO) transactions, acquisitions financing (build-ups), funds financing (equity bridge facilities) and debt restructuring. Benjamin acts for both financing providers (senior or subordinated) and borrowers.
Prior to joining McDermott, Benjamin worked at several other leading international law firms.
