Overview
John Bridge focuses his practice on energy project financings. With broad energy industry experience, John helps project developers, sponsors, investors and lenders negotiate complex energy transactions and achieve commercial goals. His experience includes deals involving solar, wind, fuel cell and gas-fired projects, transmission lines, and oil and gas pipelines.
John began his career in energy law as a law clerk for an investor owned utility. There, he handled power and gas procurement contract negotiations, as well as legal issues impacting the company’s trade floor. John has represented various clients, including financial institutions, investment funds, electric utilities, gas and power marketers, oil and gas pipeline companies, an independent system operator, and foreign governments.
