Tiantian Chen* focuses her practice on corporate transactional matters, commercial contacts and corporate internal investigations. She has experience negotiating and reviewing sponsored research agreements, commercial leasing agreements, procurement agreements and non-disclosure agreements. Additionally, Tiantian organizes and manages corporate management charters, and board of directors and shareholder resolutions. She also provides charter revisions strategies to better accommodate company operations.
Tiantian has experience assisting multimillion-dollar debt financings, handling LLC share redemption and distribution matters, and handling securities compliance matters relating to employee compensatory plans.
