Tiantian Chen advises private companies and private equity sponsors in various transactional and corporate matters, including acquisitions, equity financing, entity formation, corporate governance and internal investigations. She is experienced in managing corporate governance documents and performing acquisition and financing due diligence. She has experience reviewing various types of commercial contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, sponsored research agreements, commercial leasing agreements, commercial services agreements and non-disclosure agreements.
