Overview
Chris Benedik focuses his practice on regulatory and international trade matters. Chris joined McDermott after clerking for Judge Timothy C. Stanceu on the United States Court of International Trade.
Before he clerked, Chris worked as a transactional associate at a large New York law firm, advising clients on private fund investments and other transactional and regulatory matters.
During law school, Chris was an articles editor and the symposium editor for the Cornell Law Review, a bench editor for the Cornell Moot Court Board and a member of the Cornell International Human Rights Clinic.
