Margaret Cremin focuses her practice on transactional real estate matters. She represents clients in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financings and sale-leaseback transactions, with a concentration in healthcare and private equity transactions. She has extensive commercial leasing experience representing both landlords and tenants in office, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, warehousing and industrial leasing transactions.
