Dawn Tan is a corporate transactional lawyer focusing on private equity and venture capital investments, private M&A, and fund formation work. She has extensive experience in cross-border deals involving domestic as well as international clients across a range of industries including the health, life sciences and energy industries.
Dawn has experience working with listed and private companies, investment banks, asset management firms, financial institutions, multinational companies, family offices, high network individuals and startups.
Dawn also regularly serves as primary outside counsel for her clients, advising on general corporate governance and operations.
