Overview
Dino Ilievski focuses his practice on US and international tax matters including, organization agreements of joint ventures, equity and debt tender offerings, credits agreements, offering memoranda, indentures, management agreements and tax opinions for collateralized loan obligations. Dino also has experience in tax due diligence and sales documentation for mergers and acquisitions and for joint ventures, and experience with RICs and REITs.
During law school, Dino was an executive articles editor for the Annual Survey of American Law.

- Assisted Francisco Partners in the sale of Quest Software through a portfolio company ($5.4b)*
- Assisted Transtelco’s successful third-party tender offer for Maxcom Notes*
- Assisted with Grupo Televisa’s early settlement of Capped Tender Offer for Three series of outstanding note*
- Assisted with countless structured credit agreements, particularly structured collateralized loan obligation transactions, representing both the underwriters and the collateral managers*
