Donata M. Lasson focuses her practice on real estate law with emphasis on advising and structuring complex transactions, both as asset and as share deals, as well as on real estate financing/refinancing, project developments, and the law of commercial tenancy.
Prior to joining McDermott, Donata worked as a Principal Associate at a large international law firm, where she specialised in advising US investors on various aspects of acquiring and operating German businesses. Donata is bilingual and has extensive experience in advising non-German clients and helping them navigate the German legal system and integrate their acquisitions into their existing business portfolio.
