He has advised private equity clients on labor and employment matters in hundreds of platform and add-on acquisitions in industries that include technology, media, food, fitness, manufacturing, healthcare, veterinary care, biotech, travel and hospitality, automotive, education, waste management, infrastructure, utilities, energy, and insurance.
