Markus Cejka advises national and international banks as well as leading private equity sponsors on banking and finance law matters with a focus on acquisition finance, LBO financings, Regulation S and Rule 144A offerings of debt and equity-linked securities as well as corporate lending.
Prior to joining McDermott, Markus worked at an international law firm in the area of banking & finance.
