Overview
Eric Benoliel (CIPP/US) focuses his practice on technology transactions, outsourcing, and intellectual property licensing. His experience includes the negotiation and drafting of software as a service (SaaS), data processing, and information technology services agreements. He also counsels clients on technology and related commercial considerations in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining McDermott, Eric served as corporate counsel and head of legal operations for a nonprofit and, prior to that, as in-house legal counsel for the US-based subsidiary of a multinational corporation.
