Zachary J. Esposito focuses his practice on corporate transactional matters, particularly in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. He advises clients in all aspects of bankruptcy cases including, preparing petitions, developing objections and responses, memorializing agreements among key parties, and more. Zach also assists corporate clients in developing contract language to protect interests in the event of a bankruptcy filing by contract counterparties.
