Overview


Mr. Fuchs focuses his practice on international commercial arbitration and public international law, including investment treaty arbitration. He has experience with disputes conducted under most major institutional rules (including ICC, LCIA, HKIAC, SCAI and DIS Rules), the ICSID Convention and UNCITRAL Rules as well as with pure ad hoc arbitration. In addition to his role as counsel, Mr. Fuchs is also acting as (sole/co-/presiding) arbitrator.

  • Representing an Eastern European State against claims concerning alleged investments the mining sector under UNCITRAL Rules (1976) with an amount in dispute in excess of USD 1.5 billion
