Dr. Richard Gräbener focuses his practice on commercial law and intellectual property, with a particular focus on litigation in these areas of law. He regularly advises both German and international industrial companies on all aspects of their operations, including purchase and procurement, production, distribution and franchising. He has a wealth of experience with IP, especially IP litigation, concentrating on copyright, trademark, patent and competition law. In addition, Richard has a strong academic background in both public law and the philosophy of law.
