Overview
Tucker Guinn* handles complex commercial disputes, demonstrating particular skill in assisting clients with deposition strategy, motion practice, and appellate briefs. He has successfully represented companies in cross-border contractual litigation, bitcoin mining disputes, and other high-stakes litigation matters across a range of industries.
While in law school, Tucker interned with the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts, interned at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office, and served as a judicial intern with the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
