He handles major cross-border transactions between Chinese and European clients, and has significant experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and foreign direct investment in China. He also has a strong background in cross-border litigation, and in-depth firsthand experience within the manufacturing industry.
Ding Han is admitted in Germany as registered foreign Lawyer (Chinese Lawyer) and is also qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales.
