Dr. Jessica Hanke advises clients on property and commercial lease law. She advises clients with respect to real estate transactions (including portfolio transactions and sale and lease back structures) as well as structuring and negotiation of lease agreements. She also advises on all aspects of project development, asset management and general property law matters.

Previously, Jessica Hanke worked for an international law firm in the fields of corporate law, real estate law and notarial matters. She served her legal clerkship (Referendariat) at the Court of Appeal in Düsseldorf, during which time she worked for two international law firms and the Foreign Office.
