Overview
Dr. Nadine Hartung focuses her practice on corporate law and M&A advice, primarily in the healthcare and life sciences sector. She advises national and international investors, medical care center (MVZ), hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers and governmental institutions on domestic and cross-border transactions.
Nadine has extensive experience in the legal areas of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance and compliance, private equity, and capital markets law.
Prior to joining McDermott, she worked at international corporate law firms in Berlin, Frankfurt and New York.

- Doktorde GmbH on the acquisition of the practice Klinik Bergedorf GmbH
- Centric Health/Five Arrows on German market entry through an acquisition of a hospital and medical care centers
- GREENPEAK Partners Advisory GmbH on a majority shareholding in St. Vinzenz Klinik Pfronten im Allgäu GmbH and the establishment of a group of companies specializing in healthcare laboratories
- Funds advised by AUCTUS Capital Partners as well as PharmaLex Holding on the EUR 1.28 billion sale of PharmaLex
