  • Obtained decisions from the Illinois Appellate Court affirming verdicts for his client and reversing verdicts for plaintiffs in a series of jury trials (each two to seven weeks long) and appeals arising from claims of civil conspiracy and asbestos disease
  • Succeeded in having the plaintiffs’ patent invalidated and obtained a multimillion-dollar fee award on behalf of the accused infringer in TAL Apparel Limited v. Esquel Apparel
