Overview
John A. Hunt counsels private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, financial institutions, agent banks, and other institutional investors and commercial borrowers on a broad spectrum of finance transactions. He has particularly deep experience in acquisition financings.
John represents clients in syndicated credit facilities, term loan and revolving loan facilities, senior and subordinated debt transactions, second lien financings, asset-based financings, secured and unsecured lending, and other forms of debt and equity financing.
While in law school, John was an articles editor for the SMU International Law Review Association.
John is also a certified public accountant. Prior to graduating from law school, he worked in the financial reporting group of a major international food and beverage company and as an auditor for a public accounting firm.
