Joseph Mansilla maintains a broad corporate practice that includes mergers and acquisitions, venture financing and other strategic transactions.
Prior to joining McDermott, Joseph had a seven-year career in international aid and development. During law school, he was a teaching assistant for his antitrust professor and a research assistant for an international law professor.
