Justin Ian Sia focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
While in law school, Justin was a student articles editor for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal, and earned a CALI award for academic excellence. Justin also served as a 2020 Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) Fellow at the Loyola Legislation & Policy Clinic, where he assisted with several statewide policy initiatives, and worked as a student clinician in the Loyola Veterans Practicum, where he represented Chicagoland veterans in family law matters. Justin also served as a graduate student senator on the Loyola University Senate and the co-president of the Loyola graduate student government.
