Kashif Siddiqui focuses his practice on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and restructurings with particular emphasis on managing complex cross-border transactions. He deals with bulge bracket investment banks, private equity firms, multinational companies, sovereign wealth funds and family offices.
Kashif regularly executes transactions in regulated sectors such as fintech, technology, media and telecoms, financial services and renewable energy, as well as handling many transactions in other sectors such as real estate, hotels and leisure, food, consumer and retail, industrial and automotive. With previous experience at a Magic Circle firm, Kashif brings over a decade of corporate experience.
