Overview
Kay Kim focuses her practice on corporate and transactional matters.
While in law school, Kay served as a legal extern for the Civil Division of the US Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California. She was also the co-chair of the Asian Pacific Islander Law Students Association and articles editor for the Asian Pacific American Law Journal.
