Dr. Sebastian Keding advises banks, car subscription providers as well as vehicle manufacturers and importers nationally and on cross-border projects at the interface between financing law and distribution networks in the mobility sector. He also advises FinTechs on the development of their business models.
Sebastian and the Automotive Finance Team advise, inter alia, on the structuring and negotiation of cooperation models for dealer and/or customer financing; set-up of captive models including regulatory permission applications; set-up of factoring models; tax, data protection and trademark law review and optimization of sales financing models.
During his studies and legal clerkship, Sebastian worked for the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and international law firms in the areas of corporate law, insolvency law and financing law in Bonn, Düsseldorf and London.
