Overview
Nora Klein focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory matters, primarily representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. Nora has represented companies in a wide range of industries, including health care, insurance and manufacturing.
While in law school, Nora was a research assistant for distinguished Professor Patricia O’Hara. Nora was a member of the University of Illinois women’s golf team, where she was a three-time Academic All-American and the 2011 Illinois State Amateur Champion.

- Represented Chicago Pacific Founders and its portfolio company Pinnacle Dermatology in multiple acquisitions within the dermatology space and the sale of Pinnacle Dermatology to Baypine
- Represented Windrose Health Investors in their acquisition of Veristat Group as well as Windrose’s sale of Vital Decisions
- Represented mid-market PE firm and its portfolio company Prism Vision Group in multiple acquisitions within the ophthalmology space
- Represented Crouse & Associates in their sale to Ryan Insurance Group
- Represented Wildcat Capital Management in its investment in Spring Fertility Management
- Represented The Sterling Group and its portfolio company Construction Supply Group in multiple acquisitions within the construction supply distribution space
- Represented The Sterling Group and its portfolio company Construction Supply Group (CSG) in the business combination of CSG with White Cap, a business of HD Supply
