Elisa Kottlors specializes in labor, pensions and employment law. Before joining McDermott, Elisa has gained invaluable experience at several leading international law firms. Through her studies, Elisa focused on labor and social law. In addition to her law studies, Elisa completed complementary studies in European law at the University of Würzburg.
During her legal clerkship (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court of Bamberg, Elisa worked for two international law firms in Frankfurt a. M. and Brussels in the area of dispute resolution, as well as in certain areas of antitrust law including cartel law and state aid. After her second state exam, Elisa gained significant professional legal experience as a research assistant in an international law firm in Munich in the Employment & Pensions sector.
