Overview
Kristin Taylor focuses her practice on all aspects of employment litigation and counseling. She represents and advises employers and clients in an array of industries with a focus on media, entertainment and sports.
She also has complex civil litigation experience and has successfully defended and achieved favorable outcomes for various corporate clients in business, trademark infringement and breach of contract disputes.
Kristin previously served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lisette M. Reid for the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Prior to clerking, Kristin practiced in McDermott’s Miami office.
