Kristina M. DiPano counsels clients on a variety of regulatory, compliance and reimbursement matters across the healthcare and life sciences industries. She has experience working on US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) premarket development and reimbursement strategies. She also advises on post-market compliance issues that arise throughout the lifecycle of FDA-regulated products. In addition, Kristina has experience assisting providers and suppliers with navigating the Medicare administrative appeals process.
Prior to joining McDermott, Kristina was an associate at an international law firm where she was a member of the healthcare and FDA practice groups. Kristina served as a Robert F. Kennedy ’51 Public Service Fellow for the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of the General Counsel under the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Branch of the Public Health Division before entering private practice. While in law school, Kristina was on the editorial board for the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law.
