Nicolas Lafont focuses his practice primarily on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures and corporate restructurings, with particular emphasis on cross-border deals. Nicolas advises domestic and international companies in negotiation complex transactions in a broad range of industries, including life sciences, information technology (IT) and energy.
