Marianne Leikam advises clients on a broad range of antitrust and competition matters.

After finishing her first state exam, Marianne worked as a student assistant at a major German research institute. She gained experience in reviewing and editing contracts for research and development, in particular with a focus on contracts with project partners with regard to liability, NDAs and intellectual property matters. As part of her traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, Marianne worked for a law firm specializing in white-collar crime where she worked particularly on the question of whether defendants where liable.
