Wen Li focuses her practice on patent prosecution in the chemical areas. Wen’s experience includes worldwide patent portfolio management. Her practice also includes patent litigation, due diligence investigations, patentability/infringement opinion drafting and client counseling.
Wen has handled patent applications related to a broad range of chemical technologies, including petrochemical catalysis, petrochemical catalysts, batteries, tires, paper pulp, small molecules, polymorphs, polymers, peptides/proteins and herbal extracts.
Wen previously worked as a senior/principal medicinal chemist in a biopharmaceutical company, where she served as a project leader and lead chemist for developing small molecule drugs targeting inflammatory diseases.
