Liqiu Tang focuses her practice on transactional and corporate matters in the US and China.
Liqiu represents multinational corporations, private equity firms and venture capital funds in cross-border transactional matters (both inbound and outbound), including foreign direct investments, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Her experience also includes representing issuers and underwriters in IPOs in mainland China and Hong Kong, and advising clients on China market entry strategy.
